Chain Multiples of 3+1

Example: 30+1= 31 foundation Chain

Row 1: Dc into the 4th st from the hook (giving you two double crochets on the sides), *skip 2 ch, 3 dc in the 3rd ch* till you have  3 chs left, skip two ch and in the last st  2 dc, ch 3 and turn

Row 2: *In each space between the clusters place 3 dc * till the end. Place a dc into the very last st in the very top portion of the st, ch 3 and turn

Row 3: dc into the first space, *3 dc all the way across in the spaces* till you get to the last space, 2 dc in the last space, ch  3 and turn.

Row 4: *3 dc in the next space and all the way across* till the end . Place a dc into the vert last st in the very top portion of the st, ch 3 and turn.

Repeat rows 3 & 4 to complete the project

Sequence: 

2dc for the side

1 dc for the side

Cast on 8 stitches

Row 1:(Right Side) K1, kfbf, k to last 3 stitches, ssk

Row 2: (Wrong Side) knit to end

Repeat rows 1 & 2 to complete the project!
