Planning starts 4-6 weeks prior to the wedding day
Initial one-hour consultation
One wedding planning meeting up to two hours
Planning assistance with Decor & Design (This does not include setting up decor)
Creation of wedding day timeline
Distribution of wedding day timelines to vendors & family/bridal party
Vendor confirmation 1-2 weeks prior & 48 hours before the wedding
Verify vendor payments & Coordination day of the wedding
Ceremony Rehearsal Direction- one hour
Wedding day set up of personal items
(toasting glasses, guest cards, cake knives, portraits, etc.)
Day of wedding Coordination and execution (up to 8 hours)
Clean up/ delivery of personal items to designated room on-site/ person
